Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Transmit any harmful or malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt our services
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MicroHabitat or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Service Availability
We strive to ensure our services are available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MicroHabitat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MicroHabitat, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Virtual Office subscriptions
These details describe how the product works today.
Plans and prices
- Essential costs US$15 per member per month, or US$12 per member per month when billed yearly.
- For a custom plan, contact our sales team.
Trial
- A new office starts with a 30-day trial. No card is needed.
- The trial counts from the first office you create. A second office does not start a new trial.
- If you subscribe with more than two days of trial left, the first charge comes when the trial ends.
- When the trial ends, nobody can enter the office until an admin subscribes.
What you pay for
- You pay for members: everyone with an active place in your office. Guests are free, and people you remove are not counted.
- When people join or leave, the seats on your subscription are updated automatically. A check every 15 minutes corrects any count that is out of step.
- The number of seats always follows your members. If it is changed anywhere else, it is put back.
Paying and cancelling
- Only an admin of the office can subscribe or open the billing portal.
- You subscribe on Stripe's checkout page. Each office has one subscription.
- An admin opens Stripe's customer portal from the office's billing page to manage the subscription.
If a payment fails
- The office stays open for 14 days after a payment fails.
- After that, nobody can enter the office until the payment goes through.
