Use cases
The same office, for three kinds of team.
A team spread across time zones, a company half at home and half on site, a studio that brings its clients in. Each works a different day on the same floor. Here is what that day looks like.

Distributed teams
See who's in, from wherever you are.
When the team is spread across cities, the office is the one place everyone shows up. Each person has a desk on the map, so you can tell at a glance who's around, who's busy and who has stepped away — and walk over instead of booking a call.

Three moments
- 9:04
Nadia sees Marc at his desk and walks over. Within two steps she can hear him. No link to send, no call to start.
- 9:20
Léa sets herself to Busy for two hours. People can see she's in, and they know not to interrupt.
- 16:45
Sam signs in as the first time zone signs off. Marc is still at his desk, so the question that wouldn't wait until tomorrow gets asked now.
What the office does for it
Presence on the map
Everyone has a place. Around, Busy, At lunch, In a meeting or Away — set a status for an hour or until you change it, and it shows beside your name.
Walk up and talk
Voices are at full volume within 2 steps and fade out by 6. Step away and the conversation ends on its own.
Quiet when you need it
Set yourself to Busy and people know not to interrupt. The office tells you when someone comes to your desk, knocks on a room you're in or sends a message, even while you're in another tab.
Hybrid companies
The office that's open when the building isn't.
Some of the team is on site on Tuesday and at home on Wednesday. The office on the map is the same floor every day, for the people in the building and the people at their kitchen table, so nobody is the one on the speakerphone.

Three moments
- 8:30
Priya is in the building. She opens the office on her laptop anyway, because that's where Jonas, at home today, will find her.
- 11:00
The weekly review starts in a meeting room. Four people on site and three at home hear each other at the same volume, and the one who was late asks for a transcript.
- 14:10
Jonas has a quick question. He walks over to Priya's desk on the map and asks it, the same as if he'd crossed the room.
What the office does for it
A desk of your own
Everyone keeps the same desk, whichever building they're in. Go to my desk takes you there in one tap, and the office can tell you when somebody comes by.
Rooms with a door
Inside a meeting room everyone hears everyone at full volume, on site or at home. Share your screen with the people you're talking to. A room that's full says so at the door.
Transcripts for the people who were there
Anyone in the meeting can ask for a transcript. Everyone's words are included unless they choose to leave theirs out, and a summary with each person's action items is written afterwards. Only the people who were there can read it.
A floor plan sized for you
Pick a floor plan for 5 to 100 people. Each comes with a desk for everyone, meeting rooms, a kitchen and a lounge, ready when you walk in.
Agencies and studios
Bring the client into the room, on one link.
A studio's week is client reviews and the work in between. Keep a meeting room for each account, send the client a guest link, and have the meeting read back to you afterwards. Guests never count on your bill.

Three moments
- 10:00
Amira sends the client one link. They open it in a browser, type a name and are in the room. No account to create, nothing to install.
- 10:40
The review ends. Theo asks for the transcript on his way out, and by the afternoon the summary and his action items are waiting for him.
- 15:30
A second client's review starts in the room next door. The first room's transcript can be read only by the people who were in it.
What the office does for it
Guests are free
A guest link opens one meeting room and expires on its own. The guest needs no account, stays in that room and never counts on your bill. You decide whether a guest waits at the door until someone lets them in.
Meetings, read back
Any member in the meeting can ask for a transcript. A summary and each person's action items are written from it. It keeps your team's words; a guest's words are never written down.
Rooms that stay private
Only the people who were in a meeting can read its transcript. An admin who wasn't there can't. Audio and video are not recorded.
